However, it is the buyer who will actually determine the value of the home based on what he or she is willing to pay for it. Our goal is to match your listing price with our selling goals.

The value of your property is determined by what a Buyer is willing to pay in today’s market based on a comparison of your property to other similar properties that are either now for sale or have recently sold and what you, the seller, are willing to sell the property for.
