Texas Housing Prices

Great story in the San Antonio paper today about the reasons behind the stability of housing prices in Texas. Other parts of the country have seen big run ups in prices followed by big declines. Texas has experienced neither. The extremes seen elsewhere can be explained partially by government control and regulation that slows and complicates development and building in other parts of the country. In McKinney, we countinue to believe that we are lucky to be in Texas.
